Saitama, JapanData Centre CampusLendlease Data Centre Partners is developing a data centre for Princeton Digital Group (PDG). It is one of Japan's most extensive, valued at A$800 million. In line with the Japanese government's plans to increase data capability in the country and improve digital resilience, the project will serve the hyperscale requirements of some of the world's most extensive cloud, commerce, and content companies. The project in Saitama City will provide 100 MW of IT capacity and is set to be completed in 2024, accelerating Japan's growth in the data infrastructure sector.

Inner Mongolia, ChinaUlanqab Data Center ProjectLendlease China provided project management services for an international technology giant's data center project in Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia. With Ulanqab emerging as the prime location for building cloud data centres, Lendlease China directed and structured project management services for several international technology companies.
