In 2018, Lendlease initiated its pioneering investment and development endeavour in China - the Ardor Gardens · Yi Pu Hui - an upscale senior living establishment showcasing premier amenities and elevated service levels. It is now under complete Lendlease management.

Our comprehensive approach spans pre-project development, architectural design, project construction management, leasing, and post-project operations.
ACC Technologies Shenzhen Headquarters Building

AAC Technology HQ building is a cutting-edge mixed-use development, seamlessly integrating Grade-A workspaces and luxury serviced apartments on the upper floors and complemented by lifestyle services such as retail, dining, a swimming pool, and a fitness club below. Construction of the sprawling 50,000 m2 urban space spread over three years, adhering to high sustainability standards.
As the development consultant, Lendlease led the real estate development process from design management to budget and cost control to procurement and contract management.
