Oxford Street Project Reaches New Heights

Our construction team working on 334 Oxford Street has reached a significant milestone in their redevelopment of the former Debenhams store. They held a ‘topping out’ ceremony to celebrate the building’s frame reaching its highest point.
To mark the occasion, students from St Marylebone CE School designed artwork that was hoisted onto one of the steel beams. The winning design reflected the project's commitment to community engagement and took pride of place.
The project, which aims to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Core ‘ready’, NABERS 5*, and WiredScore Platinum certifications, is designed to create a sustainable and future-proof building. A significant portion of the existing concrete substructure and steel superstructure will be retained, minimizing the project’s environmental impact. A new façade will maximize natural light, enhancing the interior spaces.
