Our joint venture with Daiwa House at Elephant Park showcases the power of international collaboration in delivering high-quality homes and sustainable urban regeneration. Together, we are developing 259 new apartments across two buildings, marking Daiwa House’s first residential project in the UK.

This £250m partnership combines Daiwa House’s 60 years of expertise in sustainable development with Lendlease’s proven track record of delivering vibrant, connected communities. The apartments, set to complete in 2026, will feature premium amenities such as a SkyLounge, communal gym, and elevated garden, creating exceptional living spaces in Zone 1 of central London.
