World Connect Hub sign up for space at Spark3

World Connect Hub, an innovative international business and networking centre, has signed a binding agreement for space at the Spark 3 building, located in the heart of Milan’s Santa Giulia district. They will take 2,900 square metres of space, which is the entire sixth floor of the building.

Spark 3 is LEED Gold certified and stands out for its innovative design, and its strategic location in a fast-growing area of the city. Milano Santa Giulia is a 110-hectare mixed-use development with the potential for 3,400 homes alongside a new commercial office, retail, and entertainment district.

World Connect Hub is an Italian company providing integrated services that support businesses and universities managing study programs for international students, with a particular focus on students from the United States.

Their space in Spark 3 will include modular offices, creative workshops and team working areas. Its design will combine functionality with a welcoming atmosphere and a stimulating environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

Two auditoriums with 150 and 250 seats and adaptable meeting rooms will offer maximum flexibility for events, workshops and strategic meetings. There will also be a finance and investment lab dedicated to the development of advanced skills in business and finance.
