As the dust settles on another MIPIM, one thing is clear - there is real momentum in the market. The conversations we had in Cannes, from our Opportunity London reception to panels on sports and city placemaking reflected a strong sense of optimism, with investors, developers, and public sector leaders all aligned on the need to move forward together.

A key takeaway from this year’s event was the crucial role of public-private partnerships in unlocking major development opportunities. Whether in build-to-rent, sustainable office space or mixed-use regeneration, collaboration remains the driving force behind the success of major projects. The appetite from investors is there, and cities that provide clarity and confidence will be best placed to attract long-term capital.

We were also encouraged by the continued focus on sustainability and placemaking. Across the industry, there is growing recognition that commercial success and social value must go hand in hand. The challenge now is to turn ambition into action and results - something we are very much committed to delivering through our projects.
