we create new mixed-use precincts, communities and
important civic and social infrastructure.
We have a leading funds and asset management platform and a suite of investments across a range of real estate sectors. Our funds and mandates cover the office, residential, retail and industrial sectors as well as capabilities in social infrastructure. The value of funds under management is currently $44b and is targeted to grow to $70b by FY2026. We also manage an additional $30b of residential and retail assets.
We create mixed-use urban precincts that typically include a mix of apartments, workplaces and associated leisure and entertainment amenities. We also develop master-planned communities and retirement living villages. Our development pipeline comprises 47 projects across cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, Tokyo, London, Milan, New York and Chicago.
Construction is where it all began. We provide market-leading project management, design and construction services – predominantly in the commercial, residential, mixed-use and social infrastructure sectors. The backlog revenue for our construction business is currently $10.5b.

We focus on gateway cities
Our aim is to have a presence in the cities we believe will be the most resilient and best performing around the world.
Playing to the breadth of our skills, these cities often contain sites well suited to regeneration.
To identify the cities most relevant to our strategy and capabilities, we periodically undertake an extensive global study, evaluating key metrics including economic, business climate, geopolitical risks, urbanisation potential and capital market indicators. This process identified an initial 15 gateway cities for our urbanisation platform to target. Today, we operate in 14 of these 15 gateway cities. Major urbanisation projects have been secured by Lendlease in ten of these cities.
