One of Lendlease’s rising graduate stars, Colleen continuously goes above and beyond. She has co-led a community project, is a key supporter of ‘lacing up for equality’ and is a tireless advocate for the prevention of workplace bullying and other safety initiatives. A career highlight to date was successfully opening the post tender presentation for our Google project.

Barangaroo South
Our Barangaroo South team successfully delivered a major component of one of the most significant waterfront regenerations underway anywhere in the world. This multi-award winning mixed use city precinct is redefining the way Sydneysiders and visitors experience the western edge of Sydney. It is also a shining example of Lendlease’s vision and integrated model in action.
Roche Diagnostics Suzhou, Asia Excellence in Safety, Health & Wellbeing
The safety team has implemented numerous innovative working methods and procedures to significantly transform the safety and efficiency of the Roche site. The project was audited by Roche as part of a benchmarking exercise, and Roche Suzhou achieved the highest scores. This is now a reference project for the Suzhou government, Roche globally and Lendlease in Asia.

Northern Connector is a road project being delivered by our Engineering business in South Australia. It continues to be recognised for creating opportunities for local workers in a region under significant economic and social pressure. Through the efforts of the NorthHub employment and training facility, the project is delivering unprecedented opportunities for local jobseekers and industry.
Window Screens Team, Americas Excellence in Innovation – Safety Focus
Following our Innovation Pathway, employees from our Nashville office and our Fort Campbell project collaborated with a diverse team to create a window screen that allows full functionality of the window, while preventing falls and allowing emergency access.
