Investment management
Our global investment management teams have over fifty years’ experience in managing funds and large-scale assets for major institutional investors, and have been operating in Europe for two decades. Lendlease currently manages three investment funds in Italy through our asset management company, Lendlease Italy Sgr Spa.
Development
Our focus is on developing sustainable and connected multi-use places where people can thrive. However intricate the project, our global expertise and local knowledge is seamlessly combined to successfully create and rejuvenate city areas and communities.
Construction
Lendlease construction has a long history of delivering high-quality projects across a wide range of sectors. We are the construction provider of choice for many of the most prestigious developers, private and public sector organisations in the UK, and we currently work with trusted construction partners to deliver our development projects in Italy.
