Over the past 25 years Lendlease has built, expanded and refurbished some of the world’s most famous sporting and entertainment venues.

From football stadiums to tennis centres, aquatic centres to speedways, baseball parks to ice hockey arenas we have project managed, designed or constructed over 30 of them.

Our knowhow has created baseball stadiums in the Americas which brings spectators closer to the field on all levels of the stadium to provide optimal sightlines. We have expertise in creating speedways with blue glass for superior viewing through to track design that enhances degrees and turns, allowing drivers to harness their full potential on the track.

We have created innovative swimming pools with high-performance systems that minimise condensation even when outdoor temperatures are below freezing.

In Melbourne, Australia at Etihad Stadium and Melbourne Park we utilised retractable roofs to allow all weather playing.

Many of our stadiums around the world have moveable seating to provide ultimate views as well as provide additional capacity for entertainment events. We have delivered the Sydney Football Stadium (now known as Allianz Stadium) and Adelaide Oval to the Hydro Arena Glasgow and the Sapporo Dome Japan which hosted the 2002 World Cup.

We also have a track record of partnering with many clients to deliver project management for summer and winter Olympic Games venues.

That record continues as we return to Parramatta Stadium to revitalise the sports centre into a precinct for generations to enjoy.
