Lendlease announces Andrew Trickett as Managing Director of Investment Management for Americas business

(New York, January 16, 2024) Lendlease, a global integrated real estate group, announced today the appointment of Andrew Trickett to the role of Managing Director, Investment Management, Americas, effective Jan. 16, 2024. Trickett will be based out of Lendlease’s New York office and report directly to Claire Johnston, CEO, Americas.

In this role, Trickett will lead the firm’s investment management division by managing institutional investor relationships, executing the investment-led strategy and expanding investments in high-growth markets across the U.S., with an emphasis on multifamily, life sciences and office asset classes.

“Andrew’s proven track record in structuring complex real estate transactions and extensive network of industry relationships will be integral as we grow our Investments platform in North America, in line with our global strategy,” said Claire Johnston, CEO, Americas. “His leadership will create long-term value not only for our investors, but also the communities in which we do business.”

Trickett joins Lendlease with over 25 years of global real estate investment experience, where he has been involved in over $25 billion of real estate transactions across the U.S., Canada and Europe. He brings a wealth of experience, managing all aspects of real estate investment, including deal origination and execution, due diligence, negotiation and portfolio management.

Prior to Lendlease, Trickett was Partner, Head of Investments at Safanad and led the firm’s real estate and private equity business, overseeing $3.5 billion of equity invested in a portfolio valued at more than $10 billion. He previously held senior leadership positions at Oxford Properties and Deutsche Bank.

Trickett holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
