Project outcome
Lendlease was retained by Japan Hotel and Resort as project manager to assist the Client team with team coordination, listing requirements, proposing a procurement method for architect and contractor selection, ordering system, design competition and bidding, selection, design cost and schedule control in the tight schedule to handover. It was critical to maintain accountability and transparency of the process, given the Client is an investment corporation.
