Lendlease bolsters focus on growing funds under management with new appointments

Adam Crowe – Head of Investment & Capital Markets, Property
Adam Crowe will be joining Lendlease as the Property business’ new Head of Investment & Capital Markets in late April.

Adam joins Lendlease after 15 years at Mirvac, most recently as Group Executive, New Business & Capital Transactions where he focused on major property transactions and capital investments.

He will lead the Investment & Capital Markets business, reporting to Matthew Mears, Chief Operating Officer, Property.

Adam will work closely with the development business on strategic opportunities and structuring transactions for our capital partners, supporting the Funds Management business on product development, Fund growth strategies and Capital Transactions.

Paul Snushall – Head of Real Estate Private Equity, Property
Paul Snushall, who most recently held the position of Head of Investment & Capital Markets, Property will move into the newly formed role of Head of Real Estate Private Equity in the Funds business.

This role has been designed to launch new products in the value-add and opportunistic part of the investment management market and forms a critical part of the business’ growth plan.

Paul’s deep transactional and structuring experience will be key to the successful launch of this platform. His appointment is a demonstration of the commitment to grow the business and deliver on our growth targets.

He will be reporting to Scott Mosely, Managing Director of Funds Management. His appointment is effective 1 May.
