One Sydney Harbour’s second tower, Residences Two, accelerates with exclusive launch imminent

  • 27 Jan 2021

Approximately 85 per cent of apartments in Residences One have been sold via an exclusive off-market campaign, driven largely by a strong response from local customers. Owing to this success, Residences Two will be brought to market ahead of schedule, with an exclusive campaign set to begin imminently.

Featuring full-floor and part-floor homes, along with one, two and three-bedroom configurations, the 68-level Residences Two will feature 322 apartments. The second of the address’ three towers will soar to more than 230 metres, with iconic views north to the Harbour Bridge and Opera House and west across Darling Harbour to the Blue Mountains.

Each home in Residences One and Two will connect with the natural environment through considered design, opening to enjoy iconic views through floor-to-ceiling windows and winter gardens. Living and dining spaces will be as grand as they are intimate, crafted from a carefully curated selection of materials.

More than 1,400 workers are involved in the project, with Residences Two set for completion in early 2024 and the overall project of three luxury towers expected to complete by 2025, coinciding with the completion of Sydney Metro and its dedicated station at Barangaroo.

Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect, Renzo Piano, One Sydney Harbour will be the final piece in Lendlease’s award-winning waterfront residential, commercial, dining and retail precinct Barangaroo South, which ordinarily hosts more than 20,000 workers and thousands of visitors each week.

One Sydney Harbour will neighbour some of Sydney’s newest public spaces, including Waterman’s Cove, an amphitheater-style boardwalk on the water; and Hickson Park, a green link across Barangaroo South.

Quotes attributable to Ben Christie, Head of Residential, Lendlease

“One Sydney Harbour’s unprecedented sales success, including our record Residences One penthouse sale of more than $140 million, has resulted in Residences Two coming to market earlier than anticipated. Enquiries have kicked off strongly in 2021.

“In just a few short years, Barangaroo South has become one of Australia’s most desirable places to live – from beautiful public spaces, to cutting-edge sustainability, nothing has been left to chance as we’ve worked to create one of the best precincts in Australia, if not the world, to call home.”
