Lendlease Appoints Rob Ledder as Operational Director of Life Science

Lendlease (ASX: LLC), a global real estate group, today announced the appointment of Rob Ledder to the role of Operations Director, Life Science, for its Americas Region, effective August 9. Mr. Ledder will be based out of Lendlease’s Princeton, N.J. office and will report directly to Mike Fratianni, Managing Director, Construction.
With nearly three decades of construction experience at Lendlease alone, Mr. Ledder is a highly respected and instrumental leader. His deep experience and anticipated contributions come at a key time for the organization as it looks to further advance its decades of experience and work in a sector that has positive long-term growth fundamentals. Lendlease views Mr. Ledder’s role as critical to continuing operational excellence and delivering the world-class science and technology this business demands throughout the region.

Life Science is part of Lendlease’s Construction business. For more than four decades, the business has had successful partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies and academic medical centers, resulting in the completion of hundreds of research & development, clinical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and manufacturing projects across the U.S. in all major Life Science clusters.
“During my career, the majority of it spent with Lendlease, I have managed an array of technically complex and innovative Life Science projects,” said Ledder. “In this new role I will ensure Lendlease delivers market-leading results as we continue our mission to create value through places where communities can thrive.”
Ledder holds a Bachelor’s Degree, Civil Engineering and M.B.A. from Lehigh University.
