
Lendlease Appoints Anthony Giuliano As General Manager Of Life Science Construction

Appointment reflects Lendlease’s continued commitment to and growth in the vital life science sector. Giuliano brings more than three decades of experience in planning and building life science facilities for a multitude of top pharmaceutical and bioscience companies.

Lendlease (ASX: LLC), a global real estate and investment group, today announced the appointment of Anthony Giuliano to the role of General Manager, Life Science Construction, for its Americas region, effective Jan. 18, 2022. Giuliano will be based out of Lendlease’s Princeton, N.J., office and report directly to Mike Fratianni, Managing Director, Construction.
Giuliano brings more than three decades of experience in planning and building life science facilities for a multitude of top pharmaceutical and bioscience companies. He will provide executive leadership and oversight to the operational and functional teams of the Lendlease’s life science construction group.

For more than four decades, through its Construction business, Lendlease has completed more than 500 life science facilities in the U.S. comprising approximately 18 million square feet. Through successful partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies and academic medical centers, Lendlease has contributed to creating hundreds of research & development, clinical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and manufacturing projects across the U.S.

Giuliano holds a Bachelor of Science in architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and an associate degree in applied science, electrical engineering from Hofstra University.
