Carol Gomez Joins Lendlease as Chief People Officer, Americas

NEW YORK (May 2, 2022) - Lendlease, a leading global real estate group, today announced the appointment of Carol Gomez to the role of Chief People Officer, for its Americas region, effective April 11, 2022. Gomez is based out of Lendlease’s New York City office and report to Deb Yates, Global Chief People Officer in Australia, with a dotted line to Denis Hickey, Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, Americas.
Gomez is a proven Human Resources professional who joins after nearly fifteen years at Johnson & Johnson where she held various leadership roles, most recently, as Head of Human Resources, Consumer Health Supply Chain, North America. In this role, Gomez led the talent strategy for the regional Supply Chain organization, enabling organization effectiveness and delivering on the diversity, equity and inclusion strategic commitments to achieve stronger business outcomes.

Gomez will oversee Total Rewards and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Compliance and Strategic Business Partnering.

Gomez holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master in Organization Development and Change Management from Penn State University.
