Southwest Sydney’s new Figtree Hill community continues to sell out

Lendlease’s new masterplanned community in Sydney’s growing southwest continues to sell out, with all 30 lots in its latest release snapped up within a week and a next release for this year fast-tracked.

Lots ranged from 375 to 664 square metres, with larger lots continuing to be the most popular choice amongst applicants. Of the successful new buyers, two-thirds will be owner occupiers who will soon call Figtree Hill home. 

The next release has been brought forward to later this month, offering another 30 lots ranging from 375 to 695 square metres, priced from $552,000. This will be one of the last chances to buy into the community this year. 

Successful buyers were selected using an independent online platform that randomly allocates lots based on preferences.* This will be continue to be used in subsequent releases to allow for a fair and equitable customer experience. 

Located just 10 minutes from Campbelltown, Figtree Hill will deliver 1,700 new homes. 

The new community will provide a range of lot sizes and housing types suitable for everyone from first home buyers to downsizers. A 41-home display village will also be delivered with 17 builders showcasing the latest designs and innovations in home living. 

Figtree Hill will be Lendlease’s first all-electric community in New South Wales, enabling it to be run on 100 per cent renewable power. It will be set amongst 20 hectares of natural bushland and protected conservation areas, six parks and public open green space. Figtree Hill residents will be able to enjoy a network of walking trails and cycle paths, parks and an adventure playground, local convenience stores and a new community centre. A local park and community facilities are planned as part of the first stage. 

Construction has commenced with the majority of earthworks now completed.
