Lendlease unveils new premium waterfront living with Ancora at Collins Wharf

Lendlease has unveiled its latest premium waterfront residential development, Ancora at Collins Wharf, located at 971 Collins Street, Docklands.

The launch of Ancora follows the success of Lendlease’s neighbouring Regatta at Collins Wharf development, which was launched in mid-2023 and is over 80 per cent sold. Expressions of interest are now being accepted for Ancora at Collins Wharf to meet high demand from buyers seeking the opportunity to experience the best of city and waterfront living.
