Sydney, 7 July 2020: Today, Michael West published a story by Dr Sarah Russell, Lendlease puts 100-year-old WWII survivor through the retirement village wringer, on his website.
Mr Pedersen we made a mistake – our systems failed you and us. To our broader community, we have spoken to Mr Pedersen’s family, apologised and have acted immediately to rectify the situation. Additionally, we’ve commenced a review of our escalation process and customer complaints portal with a view to avoiding a similar issue arising again. Mr Pedersen, again we are sorry.
