Platinum Park
Lendlease was engaged as Project Manager for the development of Grade A multi storey commercial office buildings with sufficient basement and attached podium parking to accommodate the usage of the proposed premises for Naza TTDI, Felda and Lembaga Tabung Haji.

The site is in a premium location in the Central Business District at the fringe of the KLCC Park and is at the intersection of Jalan Stonor and Jalan Kudalari. It is in close proximity to other completed commercial and residential facilities.
The buildings’ design with modern and contemporary glass frontages stands out as impressive and contemporary world class commercial buildings that can be benchmarked against buildings like Menara Maxis in Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and the Petronas Twin Towers.
The project comprises a 50 storey office tower in phase 4 and a 50 storey and a 38 storey office tower in Phase 3. Both phases have adequate basement level car parking with an attached 10 storey carpark podium block including restaurants and outdoor landscaping. The Phase 4 tower is occupied by FELDA. The Phase 3, 50 storey tower is owner occupied and the Phase 3, 38 storey tower is occupied by Lembaga Tabung Haji.
The Platinum Park development was completed in 2015 and was awarded Malaysian Green Building Index (GBI).
