Project outcome

SCM Phase 1 completed in 2010 and was awarded the Green Mark Gold Award 2014 – Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and Gold Award in Retail Development Category – FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards 2014. In March 2021, a new wing was added to create an additional 400,000 square feet of retail space. With over 1.2 million square feet of Net Lettable Area, and more than 4,000 available parking bays, Setia City Mall is one of the largest shopping destinations in Shah Alam. 238 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment, and park life in the area.
