CS Square total trade area has an estimated population of 127,840 as of June 2021, which is forecast to grow at an average annual rate of 2.2% reaching 176,040 by 2036. The average age of the main trade area population is 31.7 years. The main trade area average household income is $103,599 with 71.9% percentage of population with dependent children.

The primary sector for CS Square extends some 2.5 km to the north and south and 2 km to the east and west. This sector encompasses the suburb of Caroline Springs as well as parts of Taylors Hill, Burnside Heights and Burnside. The secondary north sector is limited by the Melton Highway to the north and includes parts of the suburbs of Hillside and Taylors Hill. The secondary west sector extends to Leakes Road, some 8 km to the west, and encompasses the future growth suburbs of Rockbank and Plumpton. This is growth area will ultimately provide the extension of the urban area to the west of Caroline Springs. In addition, three tertiary sectors are defined.
