As a Graduate Analyst under the Lendlease Graduate Program - Property stream, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of how Lendlease operates, through rotations across our businesses. You will gain exposure to different parts of the development cycle, with the opportunity to complete rotations through a diverse range of development business units such as Urban Regeneration, Retail Development, Residential and Communities. You will gain experience in investment and asset management, financial modelling and analysis activities, applying specialised professional theories and conducting research to prepare and submit investment proposals and benchmark reports.

We are looking for students with degrees in Economics, Real Estate, Business Management or other property related degrees.  You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, be motivated by challenge and change whilst driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness. As a Graduate Engineer within Lendlease PM&C, you will have the opportunity to work as part of the project team across a broad range of industry sectors such as commercial, retail, residential, education, health and life-science sectors. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced construction professionals and gain valuable skills in risk management, safety, quality, contract strategy, supply-chain management, and coordination of site operations. The experiences you gain will cover many aspects of project delivery including safety, quality, cost and schedule. 

We are looking for Graduates with a degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering (Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics/Robotics), Architecture or any related discipline. As a Graduate Property Analyst under the Lendlease Graduate Program - Asset Operations Stream, you will benefit from rotations between Property Management and Centre or Project Management. 

We are looking for students with degrees in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Management or other related degree. As a Graduate Finance Analyst under the Lendlease Graduate Program - Finance stream, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of how Lendlease operates, through rotations across our businesses. These includes but not limited to:

• Accounting and Business Partnering
• Operational and Project Finance
• Specialised and Strategic Finance

Graduates will gain experience from the above and develop expertise in a wide range of areas, including reporting, financial planning and analysis, technical accounting, process improvement etc to build strong financial acumen and core business skills. 

We are looking for Graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or any Business – related majors who enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals and are motivated by challenge and change whilst driven to deliver results through resourcefulness. As a Graduate Analyst under Lendlease’s Graduate Program - Corporate Affairs & Marketing stream, you will benefit from rotations between Regional Marketing & Communications, Retail Marketing, and Digital & Loyalty Marketing. 

We are looking for students with degrees in Business Management/ Business Studies, with a penchant for analysing data to gain customer insights to create effective marketing outcomes. Graduating students from Communications, Journalism, Advertising/ Media, Marketing, with minors in Business- or Data Science/ Analytics-related are most welcome to apply.
