Paya Lebar, Singapore

Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) is a prime mixed-use development at the heart of one of Singapore’s newest commercial hubs, Paya Lebar Central. PLQ consists of ~1.7 million square feet of GFA including ~1 million square feet of Grade A workplace, a retail mall and three residential towers. Located between Singapore's Changi Airport and the core CBD office market, this development enjoys excellent island-wide connectivity and access to high-quality retail, F&B and public amenities. The three Grade A office towers are characterised by large, efficient floor plates to meet the regional needs of global organisations seeking to establish progressive workplaces to attract and retain talent. Completion of the precinct will be completed in phases between mid 2018 and mid 2019.

Located at the Jurong Lake district, Jem is the first office and retail mixed use development to achieve the Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum version 4.0 Award, the highest accolade for sustainability. The Jem office tower consists approximately 32,000sqm of prime office space spread over 12 levels with a sky garden on level 17. The building adopts a new wave of sustainable design by moving towards larger and more efficient floor plates. Jem’s use of sky rise greenery, sky terraces and balconies provide spaces of respite to benefit office occupiers.
