Paya Lebar Quarter
PLQ Workplace is part of the 4-hectare mixed-use development, Paya Lebar Quarter, located at the heart of one of Singapore’s latest commercial hubs. Jem office tower
Located at the Jurong Lake district, Jem is the first office and retail mixed use development to achieve the Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum version 4.0 Award, the highest accolade for sustainability. The Jem office tower consists approximately 32,000sqm of prime office space spread over 12 levels with a sky garden on level 17. The building adopts a new wave of sustainable design by moving towards larger and more efficient floor plates. Jem’s use of sky rise greenery, sky terraces and balconies provide spaces of respite to benefit office occupiers.
