Construction in Singapore
Our Singapore journey commenced in 1973 when Lendlease made history as the first foreign builder to construct homes for Singaporeans.
Over a period spanning from 1974 to 1977, we successfully delivered 30 blocks of HDB flats in Ghim Moh. Our initial achievement in building public housing paved the way for our significant involvement in creating facilities for industries and institutions, particularly those designed to accommodate the growing number of MNCs establishing their presence in Singapore.
Numerous MNCs have relied on us to design and construct their manufacturing plants and logistics warehouses, especially in the rapidly expanding Technology and Microelectronics sector.
Lendlease has completed over 400 projects in Singapore over the last five decades, consistently showcasing our expertise and commitment to project management and construction excellence.
