Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ), completed in 2019, is our flagship development in Singapore. The four-hectares, 99 years leasehold site spans across two adjacent parcels and features three modern Grade A office towers, a retail mall and three residential towers, surrounded by a lush expanse of greenery and landscape. The development is directly integrated with the Paya Lebar MRT interchange which houses both the East West and Circle lines, offering seamless connectivity and green convenience.
PLQ is developed by Lendlease, with its mission of creating the best places that meet the varied, nuanced and personal needs of the people who live and work there. We achieve this by curating an indelible connection between people and places.
