In 2023, our collaboration with Accenture expanded to further invest in the industry-leading Podium Property Insights (PPI) platform. Leveraging real-time data from sensors within building environments, PPI empowers real estate managers with valuable sustainability and productivity insights, guiding them toward achieving sustainability, cost, and employee engagement goals.
The Lendlease shopping experience in Singapore is accompanied by the Lendlease Plus mobile app, a rewards program that lets our shoppers earn points, called Lendlease Plus$, at all four malls in the country.
It offers exclusive perks, discounts, and promotions across many stores, enhancing customer engagement. The app's user-friendly interface enables seamless navigation and personalised recommendations, ensuring a tailored shopping journey. Members can redeem rewards from the accumulated Plus$ points, from shopping vouchers to lifestyle experiences and car park dollars.
Lendlease and Accenture also introduced a groundbreaking experience that harnessed the powers of artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and virtual reality. The campaign, held over the 2023 Lunar New Year period, lets customers access in-store offers, digital tokens, and NFTs, blurring the lines between online and in-store shopping.
