About us

Places for everyone.

That’s our mission. To shape cities, create connected communities and deliver workplaces of the future.

As a market-leading Australian integrated real estate business, we leverage our integrated business model of Investments, Development and Construction to create and manage mixed-use precincts and civic and social infrastructure.

Think Sydney’s award-winning Barangaroo precinct, Singapore’s Paya Lebar Quarter and New York's Claremont Hall.

We’ve helped deliver some of the world’s most recognised real estate including Sydney’s iconic Opera House, the Tate Britain in London, Kuala Lumpur’s Petronas Towers and the National September 11 Memorial and Museum in New York.

We’re committed to leaving the world a better place. We apply bold thinking and world-class knowledge to solving complex challenges and identifying opportunities.

Our people invest in making places that set benchmarks in social and environmental sustainability and deliver incredible experiences and outcomes for governments, partners, communities, people and shareholders.

In-line with our recently announced Strategy Update, we are changing how we operate internationally across our Development and Construction businesses. As these changes occur, we will endeavour to keep our website up to date to reflect these changes. Please refer to our Media centre and Investor centre for further information and updates as they occur.
