Mental health support
We believe looking after our mental health is just as important as our physical health, which is why we incorporate both mental and physical safety as part of the global minimum requirements across our business. Lendlease is a founding member of the Building Mental Health Framework and has over 175 employees trained as active Mental Health First Aiders within the business.

Not just annual leave
Full time employees are entitled to 25 days’ annual leave per year increasing with service, as well as wellbeing leave to proactively prevent illness and positively impact wellbeing.
In addition our employees can buy or sell up to 1 weeks’ worth of leave annually.
