Learning, development and career progression

Learning at Lendlease is continuous and can include anything from informal experiences and connections through to formal training activities.

Opportunities are open to all with support to create your own learning pathways across four key areas:

  • Personal development – building the behaviours and skills to help you develop and grow as a professional through programmes such as Mentoring@Lendlease, The Art of Inclusion, and Coaching for Higher Performance.
  • Leadership development – creating the next generation of leaders to deliver the Lendlease experience. Courses include Leadership Foundations, People Manager Learning Pathway, Leadership Excellence, and Team and Technical Development.
