Depending on the role, the responsibilities and, in some cases, the local legislation, during our recruitment process you may be asked to complete additional checks. You will be informed during the recruitment process if this applies.

We also run a People Manager Assessment for all candidates going into a people manager role. Your recruiter will discuss this with you during the process.

All assessments, checks and testing are filed in accordance with local privacy and compliance requirements.

Once you’ve submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Your application will then be assessed by the Talent Acquisition Partner looking after the role. 

If the Talent Acquisition Partner wishes to progress your application, you will be contacted via phone and invited to participate in an initial phone interview.

If your application progresses past this point of the process, you will be invited for an interview.

To acknowledge your application you will be sent a system generated email to confirm receipt. If your details have been progressed to a further stage in our process, we will be in touch with you.   

I have forgotten my password. How do I recall or reset my password?

From the Current Vacancies on our Careers homepage, select sign in and “forgot password” and simply follow the prompts to reset your password.

I have forgotten the email address I used in my original application. How can I find this?

Firstly, you may try to find the original registration email which would have been sent to your inbox upon your original application to Lendlease.

When you apply to the position that you were referred to, within the “How did you hear about us?” section select Employee Referral and then enter the name and email address of the person who referred you.  

We typically run a two-stage interview process which will be a combination of technical and capability-based questions. Usually this will be around one hour long and held either face-to-face or via Teams.

If you are interviewing for a people manager role there will be an additional stage of the process and we will provide more details for this as your application is progressed.
