Early Careers
Whoever you are, if you have the ambition, talent and drive, you can build your career at Lendlease.
We’re an organisation invested in the future of our planet while supporting the communities in which we work. We also care about you, your career and your wellbeing.
Our Early Careers routes reflect our focus on diversity – whether you’ve already decided you want a career in this sector or you’d just like to learn more about it, we have pathways to fit every level of education and career stage.
Graduate programmes
If you hold a degree, Lendlease's Graduate Programme will help you to progress your career. You'll build knowledge and experience through relevant office-based and on-site placements.
Our Graduate Programme is a great opportunity to learn from experienced professionals through on-the-job training, with full support to build your skills and develop your career.
Undergraduate programmes
Our Undergraduate Programme operates two schemes to assist young people in gaining experience in the workplace while working towards a degree. Whether you join as a Day Release Undergraduate
or a Sponsored Undergraduate, you'll have the chance to work while you study.
Other entry routes
At Lendlease, we actively support different entry routes into our industry, including apprenticeships, Kickstart scheme placements, internships, work experience and academic research placements. Through these routes we focus on supporting diverse, under-represented, and local talent in the communities where we work.
When relevant opportunities are available, they can be found at Lendlease Careers – availability may differ as we strive to provide meaningful, career-facilitating opportunities. If you have any queries, contact us directly by emailing Resourcing.Europe@lendlease.com
The opportunity to complete summer placements and a year in industry alongside my university degree was one of the main attractions of joining Lendlease, which enabled me to gain a great level of industry experience alongside my degree.
This experience assisted my studies as well as allowed me to meet a wide range of people on varying projects and increase prospects for progressing my career as quickly as possible.
