“Everyone understands that you are just starting out and learning. The support provided by Lendlease is exceptional. If you are willing to learn, people are willing to teach and support you. I have never felt isolated, if there is ever a problem I know there is always someone to turn to for help, both professionally or personally.”

A start in the business

“The Graduate Development Programme is a great way to get started in the business. Coming out of University it is hard to know what exactly you enjoy and where your abilities are best suited, but the rotational elementof the scheme allows you to move around and see the different roles within the business whilst not disturbing your career path.”

“If you are engaged, have an open mind and actively seek out opportunities, there is no limit to what you can achieve.Jump in, get involved and ask questions.”
