Lendlease MSG 1 (Italy)
Established in 2020, Lendlease MSG 1 (Italy) is co-invested by Lendlease and one of its institutional investment partners.
The Fund seeks to deliver superior risk-adjusted core returns through the forward funding and long-term ownership of premium grade office buildings and retail within Milano Santa Giulia, a new district of Milan.

- The Spark 1 building will feature a Gross Lettable Area (GLA) of approximately 32,000 sqm, and Spark 2 will feature a GLA of approximately 19,000 sqm.
- Featuring the highest standards of interior design and energy performance, the buildings will also boast spacious green areas, plenty of natural light, interactive co-working spaces and a gym. They will also feature up to ten food retail units, serving these buildings and the wider neighbourhood.
- Lendlease MSG 1 (Italy) leverages Lendlease’s global contruction management, development expertise and investment management platform.
- This enables the Fund to secure quality, environmentally sustainable assets in the Italian market.
Milano Santa Giulia
Milano Santa Giulia covers more than 110 hectares in the south-east of Milan. This mixed-use development has the potential for up to 2,500 homes alongside a new commercial office, retail and entertainment district. It is only a ten-minute drive from Milano Linate International airport and fifteen minutes from the city centre, enjoying excellent connectivity by metro, rail and road across the city and beyond. The development will be designed with sustainable principles including a zero-carbon target and WELL building standard certification. There will be c.30 hectares of parkland, which will become the third largest urban park in Milan.
