Lendlease Retail Limited Partnership (LP)
Established in 1999, Lendlease Retail Limited Partnership is a closed ended, unlisted English Limited Partnership with Jersey feeder fund. The Lendlease Retail Limited Partnership is now in Wind up and Lendlease are the appointed liquidating trustee. The Fund currently comprises two retail assets in the United Kingdom, with a 100% interest in Touchwood and a 25% interest in Bluewater.
Bluewater
Bluewater opened in 1999 and continues to be one of the best retail and leisure destinations in Europe. Located in Kent, traditionally known as the Garden of England, the 240 acre site includes a 50 acre landscape of lakes, parkland and trees. The 1.8 million sq. ft. shopping centre has over 200 stores and more than 50 bars, restaurants and cafes. Bluewater was developed and built by Lendlease and through Lendlease Retail Partnership remains a 25% owner. With the support of other owners we are able to ensure that the quality of the asset is maintained. Visitors per year: >25 million Units: 300 + Retail space: 1.8 million sq. ft.
Touchwood
Touchwood was developed and built by Lendlease and has been the prime retail destination in Solihull since it opened in 2001. The shopping centre is anchored by one of only 34 full line John Lewis stores in the UK and provides over 100 high quality shops, restaurants and cafés. The 650,000 sq. ft. shopping centre houses over 100 stores and restaurants along with 1,800 car parking spaces, and attracts 12.7 million visitors per annum. Lendlease Retail Partnership LP owns 100% of Touchwood Shopping Centre and so we are able to ensure that the quality of the asset is maintained. Units: 100+ Retail Space: 650,000 sq. ft.
