LRIP II

Established in 2020, LRIP II is a closed fund which seeks to own and manage Build to Rent assets in UK cities. LRIP II will target the acquisition of Build to Rent assets for long term income return and capital growth.

Property portfolio

Elephant Park is our £2.5 billion regeneration project in the heart of London. The project is creating thousands of high-quality new homes, jobs, business opportunities and green space for Londoners.

Located to ensure easy access to independent shops, restaurants and even more leisure facilities on your doorstep. H11A and H7 are adjacent to more than 2.5 acres of parkland, so you are never far from green space, allowing you to breathe easy in the city.

The fund has a combined investment in two future phases at Elephant Park, Plot H11A and Plot H7 comprising of 241 homes.

Elephant Park

H11A comprises of 118 rental homes within an 18 storey building as well as offering residents a vast range of on-site amenities to enjoy. The asset sits within our landmark 28-acre regeneration neighbourhood Elephant Park. Located in the heart of Elephant and Castle, this vibrant community is a Zone One area of London enjoying excellent links directly into the City of London. H11A will be managed by Living by Lendlease who offer gorgeous rental communities where service is our signature allowing residents to rent with their pet and decorate their apartments to their own style.

H7

Also sitting within our landmark 28 acre regeneration neighbourhood Elephant Park, H7 will offer 123 homes as well as giving residents a vast range of on site amenities to enjoy. Like H11A, H7 will be managed by our own management company Living by Lendlease, ensuring residents experience the very best service the industry can offer.
