Our integrated projects
Where two or more of our Construction, Development and Investment divisions engage on the same project, we pursue an integrated business model. This has led to the creation of major mixed-use regeneration projects such as Elephant Park and IQL in London, Smithfield in Birmingham and Potato Wharf in Manchester. Combining specialist expertise and experienced project management our integrated approach creates innovative and sustainable places that will stand the test of time. Crown Commercial Service Framework
Previously selected for both the Crown Commercial Service consulting framework and Lot 11 of the original CWAS framework we have now been appointed on Lot 5 of the CWAS2 public works framework. This covers UK public sector organisations with general construction project contracts of over £80m.
Environmental Value
Early leaders in tackling industry climate change, sustainability is rooted in our DNA and integrated into all that we do. This makes us ideally placed to support our clients in achieving their own sustainability goals.
As a 1.5% aligned company, we aim to be net carbon zero by 2025 for scope 1 & 2 emissions and absolute zero carbon by 2040 across scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions with no offsets and no excuses. With initiatives already in place to eliminate fossil fuel emissions onsite and drive down embodied carbon, our construction business is well placed to help our clients achieve their own carbon targets too.
