The partnership is invested in the premium flagship office building, 21 Moorfields, located in the City of London, wholly occupied by Deutsche Bank AG, which serves as their UK headquarters.

The investment strategy is to manage and hold 21 Moorfields for the purpose of producing secure and long-term income returns plus capital growth for its partners.

Acquired by the partnership from Landsec in 2022, it is 100% let to Deutsche Bank AG on a 25-year lease. 21 Moorfields has unrivalled transport connectivity above Moorgate station within a global gateway city.
The asset features football field-sized trading floors and world-class tenant amenities, including end-of-trip facilities, a multi-level wellness centre, cafés and six roof terraces.
21 Moorfields has pedestrian access via a reconfigured high walk connected to Barbican, which connects to the podium level and a new public square with neighbouring buildings in the City of London.
