Lendlease Real Estate Investments (Europe) Limited (LLREI) is a full-scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) wholly owned by the Lendlease Group. LLREI has permission to establish, manage or wind-up collective investment schemes (CIS) and is therefore classified as a collective portfolio investment management (CPM) firm by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

LLREI was incorporated over 20 years ago is authorised and regulated by the FCA, the statutory regulatory body authorised under the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000 (FMSA) to carry out regulation of the financial services industry. As a full-scope AIFM, LLREI is also authorised under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).
