LRIP is a limited partnership co-invested by Lendlease and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP). The partnership seeks to own and manage Build to Rent assets in UK cities.

Property portfolio
In the heart of Elephant & Castle, Elephant Park is Lendlease’s £2.5 billion regeneration project in Zone 1, London. The project is creating thousands of high-quality new homes, jobs, business opportunities and green space for Londoners. Elephant Park offers the first collection of rental homes by Living by Lendlease, with thoughtful layouts, private outdoor areas, and market-leading amenities.
The partnership is invested in Park Central West and Park Central East, the first completed assets comprising 663 Build to Rent homes.

Park Central West
Park Central West comprises 354 Build to Rent homes, offering residents a wealth of first-rate amenities, including a co-working space, cinema screening room, 24-hour gym, games room and a private garden. The asset is adjacent to more than 2.5 acres of parkland within the new regeneration neighbourhood Elephant Park. This operating asset is managed by Living by Lendlease, which offers acclaimed rental communities where service is our signature, allowing residents to rent with their pets and decorate their apartments to their own style.
Park Central East
Park Central East is a sister community to Park Central West. Park Central East, also located within our brand-new neighbourhood Elephant Park, comprises of 309 rental homes and offers residents an abundance of amenities such as a reading nook with lending library, indoor/outdoor workspaces, cinema screening room, 24-hour gym, games room and a private garden. Park Central East is also managed by Living by Lendlease.
