Lendlease (US) Community Fund is a nonprofit organization that focuses its efforts on supporting the military men and women who live in homes and neighborhoods we've built, as well as supporting the communities where our employees work and live.
We support community growth and development by funding projects that address community challenges in the areas of housing, education, health, economic development and environmental sustainability, and create or support programming that improves the quality of life for military families who sacrifice so much for us.
To strengthen and support the diverse communities in which our employees live and work, bringing our corporate focus on sustainable communities to life.
Lendlease (US) Community Fund encourages the bond between our people and their communities. Through the contributions of all who support this Fund, combined with their passion, creativity and energy, we work to build a better tomorrow.
Lendlease (US) Community Fund seeks to match the needs and opportunities in our communities with the ideas, skills and experiences of our greatest resource: our people.
Together, we will discover new ways to promote social responsibility and bring positive change to the communities in which we live and work.

Programs & events
Military Homefront Funding
Providing a grassroots platform for Lendlease (US) Community Fund, Military HomeFront distributes $120,000 annually to Lendlease communities located on military bases across the U.S. These funds directly impact those families living in our communities through organizations like Fisher House Foundation, REBOOT Combat Recovery, Armed Services YMCA, Alaska Healing Hearts, Military Child Education Coalition, Airmen Care Program, and Tennessee National Guard Military & Family Readiness among others.
BlueStar Scholarships awards college scholarships to military dependent high school seniors living in our Lendlease communities and to previous BlueStar winners who are continuing college valued up to $5,000 – now in its 10th year, more than $1 million has been dispersed with 19 college graduates from our program.
Operation Shower is an organization that hosts group baby showers for spouses of active duty and deployed service members across the country. As an ongoing sponsor since 2011, Lendlease (US) Community Fund has donated $227,000. In December 2020, we sponsored our first virtual shower event for 36 expectant military mothers at Fort Hood, TX.
K9S For Warriors
Our partnership with K9s for Warriors continues to develop and help the lives of Veterans adjusting to a life after combat. With our total contribution of $125,000, we have sponsored four dogs from high-kill rescue shelters. Nash, Crockett, Cash and Dolly are thriving in their new role as service dog easing the Veteran’s burden of living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or Traumatic Brain Injury. Most recently, our funding supported construction of K9s Mega Kennel targeted toward the wellness center.
VETERAN EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
After long-time collaboration with organizations like Operation Stand Down Tennessee, VetLinx, Centerstone Military Services and Wounded Warrior Project, we discovered the need for a direct approach to support our military families faced with unforeseen challenges of day-to-day expenses like groceries, car repair, rent or mortgage. We created the Veteran Emergency Assistance program in 2018. If you would like to help, please Text “GIVE” to +1 615 240 5360 and select “Veteran Emergency Assistance” – your donation directly supports our military and veteran community.
