A Place to Kickstart Your Career
Lendlease offers a two-year Graduate Program that provides opportunities for structured training, exposure to multiple projects, personal development, and involvement in cross-business networking and professional development groups. Graduates participate in rotations through the business over two years to ensure they are exposed to the many opportunities and activities available at Lendlease, while gaining the skills required to take on a leadership role with the company in the future. The Graduate Program also brings graduates to other Lendlease offices, giving them the chance to network with others in the program and employees outside of their assigned offices.
Our Construction business provides a range of services including construction management, general contracting, design-build, program and project management, multisite solutions, owner’s representation, preconstruction and consulting services.
Regardless of your assignment, you will work with a variety of people, solving problems and overseeing safety on sites. You may have opportunities to work on high rise residential towers, hospitals, and other exciting projects.
Every day, people around the world live, work, shop, play or travel through assets created by Lendlease.
Our current Development projects in the Americas include: 277 Fifth Avenue, New York; Clippership Wharf, Boston; and Southbank, Chicago.
You will have the opportunity to work across urban regeneration, communities, privatized lodging, telecommunications and energy.
Lendlease creates masterplanned, sustainable, mixed use communities throughout the Americas that enrich the lives of our residents and create value for owners.
Your role as a graduate in our communities business will contribute to either design or construction. You may be working on a hotel, apartment, student housing complex or masterplanned community project.
Finance and Accounting
The Finance team provides strategic and operational support to the entire Lendlease business. This includes establishing financial systems, processes and reporting platforms that support business performance, analysis and day-to-day management.
Finance graduates will gain a solid foundation for practical financial skills through the graduate program. You will have the opportunity to learn about the financial function as well as the operations side of the business.
The EH&S team supports and develops a safety-driven culture, which extends to the health and wellbeing of our people and the environment. Our Global Minimum Requirements (GMRs) set out the minimum environment, health and safety standards designed to control risks associated with our operations.
