The Graduate Program is a structured, two-year program that provides a consistent entry level experience for participants through targeted job rotations and development activities. Graduates will develop their technical, business, and leadership capability skills through accelerated learning courses and mentoring from senior employees.

CONSTRUCTION

SHAPING CITY SKYLINES, CREATING ICONIC STRUCTURES

Lendlease brings over 58 years of construction experience to plan, build and manage projects of all sizes, scopes and complexity levels. Upholding the highest standards of safety, sustainability and quality, in the past 20 years alone, we have completed more than 3,500 projects across the Americas.

Our Construction business provides a range of services including construction management, general contracting, design-build, program and project management, multisite solutions, owner’s representation, preconstruction and consulting services. We have delivered some of the Americas' most iconic projects, including the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Time Warner Center, Trump International Hotel & Tower and 432 Park Avenue.

Your role as a graduate in our Construction business will vary, depending on the project you work on. Regardless of your assignment, you will work with a variety of people, solving problems and ensuring our sites are safe places to work. You may have opportunities to work on high rise residential towers, hospitals, iconic buildings, or other exciting projects.

Entry Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor or Master Degree program scheduled to graduate by December 2017 or May - June 2018.  
  • Studying construction management, architecture, civil or related engineering major is preferred. 
  • GPA of at least 3.0
  • Some relevant and demonstrable work experience.

Communities

CREATING PLACES THAT GALVANIZE COMMUNITIES

Every day, people around the world live, work, shop, play or travel through assets created by Lendlease. Very few organizations can build entire cities from scratch, including the infrastructure to connect people. Lendlease can, because we have the skills to design, develop, fund, build and manage properties.

Our current Development projects in the Americas include: 277 Fifth Avenue, New York; Clippership Wharf, Boston; and Riverline, Chicago.

Our operating sectors span urban regeneration, communities, privatized lodging, telecommunications and energy.

Entry Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor or Master Degree program scheduled to graduate by December 2017 or May - June 2018.  
  • Studying property, valuation, real estate, economics, design, or business is preferred. 
  • GPA of at least 3.0

As the nation’s leader in public/private community development, our 50-year commitments with the Department of Defense include the finance, development, building, renovation and operation of over 40,000 residential units, 192 apartments and more than 12,000 hotel rooms. 

Your role as a graduate in our communities business will contribute to either design or construction. You may be working on a hotel, apartment, student housing complex or master-planned community project. 

Lendlease designs and builds all our Communities projects. Your role in the design process will help create solutions to achieve Lendlease’s high standards for quality and sustainability. Communities construction projects involve working with a diverse group of people, solving problems and striving to make all our projects safe for everyone. 

Entry Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor or Master Degree program scheduled to graduate by December 2017 or May - June 2018.  
  • Studying Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, other Engineering, Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics, other comparable undergraduate or graduate university curriculum. 
  • GPA of at least 3.0
  • Some relevant and demonstrable work experience.
