A Place to Kickstart Your Career

Lendlease offers a two-year Graduate Program that provides opportunities for structured training, exposure to multiple projects, personal development, and involvement in cross-business networking and professional development groups. Graduates participate in rotations through the business over two years to ensure they are exposed to the many opportunities and activities available at Lendlease, while gaining the skills required to take on a leadership role with the company in the future. The Graduate Program also brings graduates to other Lendlease offices, giving them the chance to network with others in the program and employees outside of their assigned offices.

To be eligible for a Summer Internship you must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program.  You must also be scheduled to return to college in the Fall after the Summer Internship.  (Graduating students please see the Graduate Program.)
