Lendlease in partnership with Aware Super, has secured a 3.5-acre transit-oriented, mixed-use development site at 3401 S. La Cienega Boulevard in Los Angeles, with the two organizations each holding a 50% interest.
Utilizing a highly respected global network, and smart building modeling and project management tools available, our team provides customized services under general construction, construction management at risk, design-build, integrated project delivery (IPD), project/construction management, and public private partnership contract methods.
