Island Palm Communities
Island Palm Communities (IPC) LLC, the partnership between Lendlease and the US Army, is the largest residential privatization project ever awarded by the Department of Defense. The partnership will develop, design, and construct 5,241 new homes, renovate 2,515 existing homes, and provide property and maintenance management for the US Army Garrison, Hawaii through 2054. Since the project was awarded in 2004, more than 4,539 new homes and seven community centers with a wide-range of amenities have been completed.
Soaring Heights
Soaring Heights Communities on Davis-Monthan Air Force Base is one of the largest solar-powered communities in the continental United States, highlighting the community's long-term commitment to sustainability. Soaring Heights at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base has made its mark as a leader in renewable energy through an innovative and forward-thinking 6 megawatt solar development and continues to add to its solar program annually.
Atlantic Marine Corps Communities
Atlantic Marine Corps Communities (AMCC) is the largest privatization project in the Communities portfolio, spanning from Beaufort, South Carolina to Newburgh, New York. More than 7,970 homes are located in four states throughout eight military installations. AMCC at Camp Lejeune is home to nearly 4,500 military service members and their families. Camp Lejeune offers miles of walking trails and dozens of playgrounds, including the only Boundless Playground® on a Marine Corps installation.
