277 Fifth Avenue
Lendlease joint ventured with Victor Group to develop a site located on the southeast corner of Fifth Avenue and East 30th Street, in the emerging residential neighborhood north of Madison Square Park known as NoMad.
432 Park Avenue
Lendlease managed the construction of 432 Park Avenue. At 1,396 feet tall, the structure was the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere at time of completion.
53 West 53
Lendlease provided preconstruction and construction management at risk services for 53 West 53, a 1,050-foot-tall, 82-story, 730,000 square foot tower that houses 162 ultra-high-end luxury condominiums. The Museum of Modern Art occupies the bottom three floors for use as galleries, accessing the space through their existing facility.
Atlantic Marine Corps Communities
Atlantic Marine Corps Communities (AMCC) is the largest privatization project in the Communities portfolio, spanning from Beaufort, South Carolina to Newburgh, New York. More than 7,930 homes are located in four states supporting eight military installations.
Bristol-Myers Squibb Modules M&N
Lendlease provided construction management services for the Modules M&N project which included the construction of two (2) new research and development buildings totaling approximately 265,000 square feet located on the Lawrenceville, NJ campus.
Brooklyn Point
Lendlease provided construction management services for this new 68-story, 720-foot tall tower, which is the third and final structure completing the City Point Development complex in downtown Brooklyn. The building is the tallest skyscraper in Brooklyn (at the time of its completion).
Campbell Crossing
In December 2003, Campbell Crossing, a 50-year partnership between the U.S. Army and Lendlease, officially began operations taking over more than 4,200 already established homes on Fort Campbell, KY. Today Campbell Crossing is the premier housing community for Soldiers and Families of the 101st Airborne Division Air Assault.
Candlewood Suites - Fort Carson
The new 128-room Candlewood Suites hotel on Fort Carson offers a variety of amenities to military travelers and is part of a state-of-the-art, nearly 80,000 square foot structure.
Candlewood Suites - Fort Drum
The new four-story, 99-room Candlewood Suites on Fort Drum is Lendlease's second CLT hotel.
Candlewood Suites - Fort Gordon
Lendlease completed construction on the new Candlewood Suites® hotel on Fort Gordon the largest Candlewood Suites in the world. The hotel is the latest example of the successful collaboration between the U.S. Army, Lendlease and IHG Army Hotels.
Candlewood Suites - Fort Jackson
The two new Candlewood Suites on Fort Jackson are Lendlease's fourth and fifth CLT hotels.
Candlewood Suites - JBLM
The new five-story, 127-room Candlewood Suites on Joint Base Lewis-McChord is Lendlease's third CLT hotel.
Candlewood Suites - JBSA
Lendlease completed construction on the 310-room Candlewood Suites on Joint Base San Antonio and at the time of completion was the largest Candlewood Suites hotel in the PAL portfolio, and the world.
Candlewood Suites - Redstone Arsenal
The new four-story Candlewood Suites, constructed in the former troop barracks area on Redstone Arsenal, became the first hotel in the United States built with Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) when it opened in March of 2016. This wood construction technology originated in Austria and Germany in the 1990s and has been used in Canada since 2012.
Cavalry Family Housing
Cavalry Family Housing (CFH), a Lendlease military community, was awarded the first RCI project by the Department of the Army in 2001. Made up of 11 neighborhoods, CFH celebrates 20 years of providing safe and healthy communities for our service members and families.
Central Park Tower
Lendlease is providing construction management services for this new 1.2 million square foot, 1,550 foot tall mixed use building consisting of 137 (marketing) floors. The first seven floors house the new flagship store for Nordstrom, with the tower floors containing 179 residential condominiums.
City College of San Francisco
Located in San Francisco's historic Chinatown and North Beach District, the new two-building City College of San Francisco campus consists of 193,000 square feet.
Claremont Hall
Lendlease and partners L+M Development Partners and Daiwa House Texas Inc. will create a new, transformative 41-story mixed-use building within Union Theological Seminarys campus at 100 Claremont Avenue.
Clippership Wharf
Developed and constructed by Lendlease, Clippership Wharf is a new, vibrant mixed-use community on the East Boston Waterfront. The community transforms an underutilized area into an active, publicly accessible extension of Maverick Square and the surrounding East Boston neighborhood.
Columbia University - Jerome L. Greene Science Center
Lendlease provided construction management services for Phase I of Columbia University's Manhattanville in West Harlem Development.
Columbia University - Lenfest Center for the Arts
Lendlease provided construction management services for Phase I of Columbia University's Manhattanville in West Harlem Development. The Lenfest Center for the Arts (Lenfest Center) is the second building to open on the new campus.

Lendlease provided preconstruction and construction management services for several Phase I buildings and Phase 2 Utilities and Foundations of Columbia University's Manhattanville in West Harlem Mixed-Use Academic Development.
Commonwealth Bank of Australia
Lendlease provided design build services for a 25,000 square foot renovation project at Commonwealth Bank of Australia's US headquarters – 599 Lexington Avenue.
Delta Terminal 4 Headhouse JFK IAT
Lendlease managed the 255,000 square foot expansion and renovation of Delta Air Lines' Terminal 4 (T4) Headhouse at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Jamaica, NY. This works represents a large portion of phase one of the JFK/IAT Redevelopment Program.
Duke University Environment Hall
Lendlease performed construction management at risk services for the new iconic sustainable building that serves as the hub of environmental activity on campus. The facility stands as a bold statement of Duke University's environmental aspirations and leadership and as a testing ground for technological innovation.
Eataly NYC Downtown
Lendlease managed the 44,000 square foot fit-out of the Italian food emporium where guests can eat, shop, and learn all about authentic Italian food and drink.
El Camino College
Lendlease was selected by the El Camino College District to provide a full range of professional services to support the Measure E Bond Program. For the District's Master Plan, which encompassed 126-acres, Lendlease's services included master planning coordination, program budgeting, estimating, scheduling, bidding, procurement, project and construction management.
Emanuel Celler Courthouse
Lendlease provided program management services for the modernization of the Emanuel Celler U.S. Courthouse in downtown Brooklyn, New York.

Fort Drum | The Timbers
The Timbers, a Mountain Community Homes project, involves the development and construction of 192 apartments for single and unaccompanied Soldiers at Fort Drum.
FORUM
Lendlease and Ivanhoé Cambridge have teamed up to develop a 1.15-acre project featuring a state-of-the-art life science building with world-class amenities, FORUM, located at 60 Guest Street, a land parcel in the Boston Landing campus in Allston/Brighton, Massachusetts.
Fulton Center
Lendlease, as part of a joint venture with Parsons Brinckerhoff, provided program management services for MTA New York City Transit's Fulton Center project.
Habitat
Lendlease in partnership with Aware Super, has secured a 3.5-acre transit-oriented, mixed-use development site at 3401 S. La Cienega Boulevard in Los Angeles, with the two organizations each holding a 50% interest.
Halsted Flats - 3740 North Halsted
Lendlease was selected by Halsted Grace Ventures LLC, a joint venture between JDL Development and Harlem Irving Companies, to construct Halsted Flats, a new residential building in Chicago's Wrigleyville area.
Hartsfield-Atlanta CM Services
Lendlease is a member of the joint venture team of professionals selected by the City of Atlanta to manage the construction of the Fifth Runway and other projects associated with the US$5.4 billion Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Development Program.
Hayes Point
Hayes Point is a 47-story mixed use, live-work-play project focused on placemaking and designed to enhance the health and wellness of its occupants.
Hickam Communities
Hickam Communities (HC), the preferred developer for the US Air Force in Hawaii, completed its initial development in September 2013. Its homes are located on Hickam Field at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and Bellows Air Force Station.
Hickam Communities Rooftop Solar
Hickam Communities LLC (HC), owned and managed by Lendlease, is the preferred developer for the US Air Force's privatized military residential community located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam on Oahu.
Holiday Inn Express Renovations
Lendlease completed renovations on the previous Landmark Inn and is now branded the Holiday Inn Express® on Hunter Army Airfield, an IHG® Army Hotel. Hotel renovations include 74 newly branded Holiday Inn Express guest rooms, a new guest fitness facility, laundry facility, an updated business center, new pavilion with picnic tables and grills, and renovations to the hotels lobby.
Holiday Inn Express Renovations Jackson
Originally built by the Army Corps of Engineers, Lendlease completed hotel renovations including 207 newly branded Holiday Inn Express guest rooms, a new guest fitness facility, laundry facility, an updated business center, and renovations to the hotel’s lobby.
Imprint, 717 South Clark
Lendlease provided construction management services for Imprint, 717 South Clark, a new 30-story, approximately 390,000 square foot residential building in Chicago’s South Loop.
Island Palm Communities
Island Palm Communities (IPC), a 50-year partnership between Lendlease and the U.S. Army, is the largest residential privatized project awarded by the Army. Located on seven Army Installations on Oahu, IPC is made up of 12 communities and 42 neighborhoods.
Jacob K. Javits Convention Center Expansion

Lakeshore East
Lendlease partnered with Magellan Development Group, a Chicago residential developer, to develop a four-acre parcel of land situated at the intersection of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan.
Landmark West Loop
Lendlease was selected by Related Midwest to provide general construction services for Landmark West Loop, a new 30-story residential tower located at 1035 W. Van Buren in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood.
Lathrop Redevelopment 1A
The Lendlease Team, comprised of Bowa Construction, Ujamaa Construction and Primera Engineers, was selected by Lathrop Community Partners, a partnership between Related Midwest and two not-for-profit developers, Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation and Heartland Alliance Housing, Inc., to redevelop Phase 1A for the Lathrop community.
Lavin Family Pavilion
The Lendlease / Pepper Construction joint venture was selected by Northwestern Medicine to provide construction management services for the new construction of the Lavin Family Pavilion, a 26-story, 998,280 square foot Outpatient Care Pavilion located at 259 East Erie.

Lendlease designed and implemented a team-based working solution for the interior build-out of its new Chicago office located at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, 30 South Wacker.

Lendlease provided construction management at risk services to Tishman Speyer on their high-rise project in the vibrant and dense San Francisco district of SOMA.
Medical Center of Trinity
Lendlease managed the construction of the new 236-bed medical center for repeat client, HCA.
Menorah Center
Lendlease provided construction management services for the renovation to Menorah Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care, a four-story facility providing short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term care.
Merck & Co. B46 Vaccine Expansion
The Merck B46 Vaccine Expansion project is a renovation of approximately 104,405 square feet of existing vivarium, support and mechanical areas into a new state-of-the-art flexible lab and office facility to support the commercial viability assessment of the new drug campaigns.

National Museum of the American Indian
Lendlease provided preconstruction and construction management services for the National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) at the National Mall in Washington, DC under a Construction Management term contract with the Smithsonian Institution.
National September 11 Memorial & Museum
Lendlease was selected to provide both core and shell and fit out for the National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center. Lendlease was one of the first responders after the attacks of September 11, 2001 and was honored to return to the site in an effort to bring closure through the construction of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum.
New Jersey Public Health
Lendlease served as construction manager for the state of New Jersey's Public Health Environmental & Agricultural Laboratory Facility. The project, at 200,000 square feet, is a four-story laboratory facility having BSL-3 capability for public health, agricultural and environmental research. The building is located at the New Jersey State Police Complex in West Trenton, New Jersey, a secure 17-acre site campus which houses the New Jersey State Police Headquarters.
No. 9 Walton
Lendlease was selected by repeat client, JDL Development LLC, to provide construction management services for No. 9 Walton, a new condominium building located on the corner of State and Walton in Chicagos historic Gold Coast.
North Haven Communities
North Haven Communities LLC (North Haven) is a partnership between Lendlease and the U.S. Army that has financed, developed, designed, and constructed 368 new homes and renovated 189 existing homes at Fort Wainwright in Fairbanks and Fort Greely in Delta Junction. North Haven also is responsible for ongoing property and maintenance management of the housing asset through 2057.
Northwell Health Katz Women’s Hospital
Lendlease provided construction management services for the Katz Women's Hospital Bed Tower a new oval shaped nine-story plus one basement level.
NewYork-Presbyterian Vivian & Seymour Milstein Family Heart Center
Lendlease provided construction management services for the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital's world class, high performance Vivian and Seymour Milstein Family Heart Center (Heart Center). Located on the Hospital's West 168th Street campus, the Heart Center is an addition to the existing Milstein building.
One Bennett Park
Related Midwest selected Lendlease to provide construction management services for One Bennett Park, a luxury residential building in Chicagos Streeterville neighborhood.
One Columbus Circle
Lendlease provided construction management services to Columbus Center Limited Liability Corporation (CCLLC), to construct the 2.8 million square foot, world-class landmark facility, located in the center of Manhattan at Columbus Circle. This prestigious award was made after Lendlease successfully performed preconstruction services directly for Time Warner Inc.
One Museum Mile
Lendlease performed construction management services for One Museum Mile, a residential development which houses The Museum for African Art. The Museum is dedicated to increasing public understanding and appreciation of African art and culture and is recognized worldwide as the organizer of exhibitions and publisher of books devoted exclusively to contemporary and historical African art.
One Rincon Hill, Phase I
One Rincon Hill is an upscale residential development located in the Rincon Hill neighborhood of San Francisco.

Lendlease managed the construction of Extell's flagship hotel and condominium project located at 157 West 57th Street.
OneEleven - 111 West Wacker
Lendlease provided construction management, at risk services for the modification of and addition to OneEleven, an existing 25-story concrete structure, expanding it to a 60-story luxury apartment building. The OneEleven site, located at 111 West Wacker, is tightly bound by Wacker Drive and Clark Street, across from the Chicago River. Existing high rise buildings are directly adjacent on both the West and South elevations.
Peter W. Rodino Federal Building
The General Services Administration selected Lendlease for program management services for the upgrade and modernization of the Peter W. Rodino Jr. Federal Building in Newark, New Jersey; in support of their Design and Construction Excellence Programs.
Pfizer Plasmid DNA Suites GH
The Pfizer Plasmid DNA Suites GH project was a full gut/rebuild of existing pharmaceutical manufacturing suite located within a 1974 building, originally constructed for lab/office use. It is now one of the worlds largest Plasmid DNA Production Facility used to support the manufacture of Pfizers Gene Therapy and mRNA vaccine portfolio.
Porte
Lendlease, along with co-developer The John Buck Company and partner Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, developed Porte, a two-tower luxury mixed-use development in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood.
Privatization of Army Lodging (PAL)
In August 2009, Lendlease assumed ownership of more than 3,200 hotel rooms located across 10 US Army installations and, with its operations partner, IHG® (InterContinental Hotels Group), became the first developer to begin operations under the Privatization of Army Lodging (PAL) program - an Army-led, public-private venture established to revitalize on-post lodging facilities for Soldiers, their families and all government travelers.
River Point
Lendlease was selected by the ownership team of Ivanhoé Cambridge, Hines and Levy Family Partners to provide construction management services for River Point, an ultra-modern office building located at 444 West Lake Street in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood.
Shire Project Atlas
Project Atlas or Building 400 (B400) is an FDA regulated manufacturing facility located at 400 Shire Way in Lexington, Massachusetts.
Soaring Heights Communities
Lendlease's Communities business was selected as the partner for the U.S. Air Force to develop, manage, and maintain family housing in July 2006.
Soaring Heights Solar
At Davis Monthan AFB, Lendlease, through its subsidiary Soaring Heights Communities, obtained third party financing through Solar City for the installation of 3.4 megawatts of ground mounted solar arrays and 2.7 megawatts of rooftop solar arrays, including over 80,000 solar array panels.
South Shore University Hospital ED
Lendlease provided construction management services for the Emergency Department Expansion project at South Shore University Hospital, a comprehensive renovation and expansion to the existing Emergency Department, which was originally constructed in the late 1970s.
Southbank
Developed and constructed by Lendlease, Southbank is a new neighborhood development located on the South Branch of the Chicago River.
Southbank Park
Located along the South Branch of the Chicago River, Southbank Park is a 2-acre publicly accessible park and riverwalk, developed and built by Lendlease. The park anchors the firms new 7-acre Southbank neighborhood in the South Loop that, upon completion, will include several mixed-use towers, the first of which, The Cooper at Southbank, opened in 2018.
St. Regis Hotel and Residences
Lendlease managed the construction of the 26-story, 634,000 square foot mixed-use high-rise building located in the heart of Buckhead.
Staybridge Suites
Part of the Privatization of Army Lodging (PAL) Program, Lendlease is the owner, developer, design-builder and asset manager for the Staybridge Suites on Fort Belvoir and the exclusive developer for the Department of Defense's only lodging privatization program.
Stockton College Campus Center
The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey selected Lendlease to provide program management services for its new Campus Center.
Tamarisk NorthShore
Lendlease was selected as the general contractor for a six-story senior living facility at the intersection of Lake Cook Road and Wilmot Road in Deerfield, IL.
TEN50
Lendlease was selected to provide construction management services to Ten50, a 25-story luxury condominium building in downtown Los Angeles. Ten50 was the first high-rise condominium tower to be completed in the past decade.
The Admiral at the Lake
Lendlease provided preconstruction and construction management services for The Admiral at the Lake, a 629,308 square foot Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) facility consisting of 202 independent living units in a 32-story tower, 92 assisted living units in a 12-story tower and 12 garden home units within a detatched four-story building.
The Cooper at Southbank
Developed and constructed by Lendlease, The Cooper is the first of several high-rises that make up the Southbank neighborhood located on the South Branch of the Chicago River.
The Getty, 239 Tenth Avenue
Lendlease managed the construction of 239 Tenth Avenue, a new six-unit, 12-story mixed-use building for The Victor Group.
The Liddel
Lendlease provided construction management services for The Liddel, a seven-story, 56-unit condominium building on Los Angeles' prestigious 'Wilshire Corridor'.
The Reed at Southbank
Developed and constructed by Lendlease, The Reed is a 41-story luxury residential high-rise located at 234 W. Polk Street, as the next phase of its Southbank neighborhood development in Chicago's South Loop.
Three Sixty Residences
Three Sixty Residences was the first high rise residential project to break ground in the historic SoFA (South of First Street Area) as part of the city's effort to promote high density residential construction in the downtown core.
Tierra Vista Communities
In March 2007, the U.S. Air Force selected Lendlease as its partner to develop, build, renovate, finance, and maintain the Military Family housing at Los Angeles AFB, Schriever AFB and Peterson AFB. Collectively called Tierra Vista, the communities were designed to improve the quality-of-life of Military Families.
Trump International Hotel
The Trump Organization, operating as Trump Old Post Office, LLC, awarded its construction management contract for the redevelopment of the historic Old Post Office building to Lendlease.
Trump International Hotel & Tower
Located at 401 North Wabash, the site of the old Chicago Sun-Times building, Trump International Hotel & Tower consists of 2.6 million square feet and reaches 1,388 feet into the Chicago skyline (1,388 feet, 6 inches from the riverwalk to the spire) making it the tallest building in Chicago since the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower) in 1974, the 18th tallest completed building in the world and one of the tallest reinforced concrete buildings in the world.
Trumpf Smart Factory
Lendlease was selected by TRUMPF, a high-technology company offering production solutions in the machine tool, laser and electronics sector, to provide due diligence, consulting and owner's representation services for their new Smart Factory located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
Two West Delaware
Lendlease was selected by The Enterprise Companies and Mesirow Financial Real Estate to provide construction management services for Two West Delaware, a new luxury residential development.
UNC Chapel Hill Genomic Science
Lendlease, in joint venture with Clancy & Theys Construction Company, managed the Genomic Science Building project under the University System Construction Manager at Risk Program.
University of Chicago Lab Schools
Lendlease was chosen to provide preconstruction and construction management services for the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools' two phase renovation and addition project. The esteemed Laboratory Schools are located on the University of Chicago's Hyde Park campus and cater to kindergarten through 12th grade.
Washington Hilton Renovations
The 18-month project began with the enlargement of the existing columns and footings of the garage to support the new ballroom addition; the phased construction of the parking area allowed the hotel to provide parking for guests. The multi-phased (20+ phases) renovation program allowed the hotel to remain operational with minimal impact to guests and employees.
Water Street District
Lendlease was selected by Water Street Property Owner, LLC/Marquette Companies to provide construction management services for Water Street District, a mixed-use development in suburban Naperville, Illinois.

Lendlease was selected by The Enterprise Companies and Mesirow Financial Real Estate to provide construction management services for Two West Delaware, a new luxury residential development.
UNC Chapel Hill Genomic Science
Lendlease, in joint venture with Clancy & Theys Construction Company, managed the Genomic Science Building project under the University System Construction Manager at Risk Program.
University of Chicago Lab Schools
Lendlease was chosen to provide preconstruction and construction management services for the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools' two phase renovation and addition project. The esteemed Laboratory Schools are located on the University of Chicago's Hyde Park campus and cater to kindergarten through 12th grade.
Washington Hilton Renovations
The 18-month project began with the enlargement of the existing columns and footings of the garage to support the new ballroom addition; the phased construction of the parking area allowed the hotel to provide parking for guests. The multi-phased (20+ phases) renovation program allowed the hotel to remain operational with minimal impact to guests and employees.
