Project outcome

Lendlease was selected by Thor Equities to provide general construction services for 800 Fulton, a new high-rise office building in Chicagos Fulton Market neighborhood.

The 20-story tower features approximately 500,000 square feet within a stepped building design, with floor plates ranging from 31,600 square feet to 7,774 square feet. 

The Basement (LL2) contains parking, retail, electrical and mechanical equipment and amenities spaces. Lower level 1 (LL1) provides access to the office lobby and retail spaces from the west and southwest. The ground level provides access to retail space on the east and southeast along with loading dock and parking access from the north. Level 2 includes the office building amenities and a restaurant. Floors 3 through 18 are dedicated to office space. The 19th floor is reserved for a two-story mechanical equipment space. 

800 Fulton achieved WELL Gold and LEED-CI Platinum and offers over 26,000 square feet of outdoor terraces on floors 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 18.
