Atlantic Marine Corps Communities
In 2005, Atlantic Marine Corps Communities (AMCC), a 50-year partnership between the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy and Lendlease, officially took over operations, becoming the largest privatization project in the Lendlease Communities portfolio. At AMCC, we aim to provide the ultimate living experience and are proud to provide safe and healthy homes to active-duty military and retirees, reservists, DOD employees, and civilian residents across eight military installations spanning from Beaufort, South Carolina to New Windsor, New York

Community services and amenities include:
- Seasonal front and side lawn care
- Lawn and garden center
- Trash and recycling pick-up
- 11 community centers
- More than 70 community playgrounds
- The first Boundless Playground® on a Marine Corps installation
- On-site maintenance
- Free fitness centers
- Splash parks, swimming pools and more!
Community giving and events:
- National Night Out - Celebrates the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while we work together to keep our community safe.
- Operation Homefront - For the third year, through our partnership we gave away school supplies to military families in 2022 to help ease some of the financial stress families and help provide the necessary items to get their kids ready for school. Additionally, we partnered to give away toys during our annual Home for the Holidays events.
- USO - Partner to host “Coffee Connections” designed for military spouses to connect with other spouses and “Storytime” for military children at our community centers and playgrounds.
Military Homefront- Through the Lendlease (US) Community Fund, over $10K is distributed annually to community and military programs across the AMCC portfolio.
