Project outcome

Lendlease has been involved in a variety of projects:

Expansion: 215 apartment units for a total of 494,800 square feet

Healthcare Expansion: Expansion to the existing healthcare facilities bringing an additional 13 patient rooms, upscale dining facilities, fitness room, clinic, and activities area, as well as future expansion space on a second floor.

Assisted Living Facility Expansion/Renovation: a 66,400 square foot expansion and renovation including new construction of 40 new one and two bedroom assisted living residences. The project also included the construction of a new chapel.

Commons Building Renovations: 133,943 square foot project included renovation and expansion of existing structure.

The Quay: involves three distinctive buildings totaling approximately 162,000 square feet, comprised of 45 senior living residences.
