For the District's Master Plan, which encompassed 126-acres, Lendlease's services included master planning coordination, program budgeting, estimating, scheduling, bidding, procurement, project and construction management.

Project outcome

Campus Wide Infrastructure Upgrades and Electrical/Data Conversion: The entire campus was converted from 110 volt to 220 volt electrical service which included the installation of new data lines. The program included new transformers, high/low voltage cabling and new electrical panels.

Bookstore Renovation: Lendlease managed the closeout of this retrofit project, which included phased upgrades to infrastructure and ADA accessibility, as well as conversion of the cafeteria to office space.

Social Science Renovation: Renovation and modernization of this 34,000 square foot building. Technological systems were installed in all classrooms to create smart classrooms. The project also included ADA compliance upgrades and new HVAC, data and fire alarm systems.
