Project outcome

The scope of work for this project included the modernization of the 16-story federal office building. Renovation includes nine floors of full renovation, including abatement, and seven floors of MEP upgrades. The project included repair and/or replacement of the HVAC system, domestic water distribution system, building fire protection systems, lighting and electrical systems. It also included interior restoration following the infrastructure work, exterior facade repairs and hazardous material remediation. There were upgrades made to the telephone and data networks, the security systems and modernization of restrooms to ensure full ADA and UFAS compliance.

The project achieved LEED V2.0 Silver certification.
